For the first time in 2021 we made a ROSÉ PETILLANT NATUREL. It is a gently fizzing Spätburgunder with natural carbon dioxide. This foamy Rosé is without sulfur nor any other addition in the bottle fermented and unfiltered. It is the oldest methods of making a sparkling wine. Our Petillant Naturell is from fully ripe Spätburgunder grapes and has a fine and delicate perlage.
